Law Dog Lucy, Chief Office Dog

Law Dog Lucy is a treasured member of the Stokes Law Firm team. A poodle–Yorkshire terrier mix rescued from the SPCA in Largo, she has proudly served as our Chief Office Dog for several years and takes her responsibilities very seriously.

Lucy specializes in greeting clients, monitoring treat inventory, and offering quiet comfort during stressful moments. Her professional skills include purposeful napping, expert listening, and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. Many clients say she seems to understand exactly what they need, and Lucy completely agrees.

When she’s off duty, Lucy enjoys sunbathing, snacking, and mentoring her enthusiastic junior colleague, Ms. Wiggles.



Lucy remains the steady, calming presence of the office and continues to set the gold standard for office-dog professionalism.
